Solace "Further"

Since I heard the song "whistle pig" on the "fistfull of freebird-comp" I been waiting my ass off for this album, and I can say
that I´m not dissapointed. This is a great album all through, I´ve been told that Solace are actually the remains of the the band Godspeed.
However solace is the connection between Stonerrock, whatever that term means, and heavier metal. And I think that solace is very capable
of doin this type of metal, very capable indeed. Almost all songs on this album gets me in a good rock and party mood. one thing is disturbing me badly
though, and that´s the fact that the song mentioned above, "Whistle pig" is better on the "freebird"-comp. This however can be a mental thing for me since
it made such an impact on me when I heard it the first time, it kind of reset the standards for me when it comes to heavy music. And then I listened to the
freebird-version of the song for almost two years before I heard the version that is on this album.Other favourites
on this album (they´re good all of them) is the soft ballad "Hungry Mother" and the openingtrack "Man dog" as you might understand it´s hard to
mention a single song so the only thing left to say is simply GET THIS ALBUM...NOOOOW!!!!!!!!!
